Please upload your presentation slides for your Free Paper Oral Session before attending the conference. This allows the Secretariat to prepare all presentations in advance and helps ensure the smooth running of the scientific sessions.
Only the registered presenter may upload the presentation.
Upload Requirements
Please ensure that your presentation complies with the following requirements before uploading:
- Accepted file formats: Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (.pdf)
- Maximum file size: 50 MB
- Use standard fonts or embed any non-standard fonts within the presentation.
- Ensure all videos and multimedia content are embedded in the presentation.
- Avoid using external links (e.g. YouTube or cloud-hosted videos), as internet access during the presentation cannot be guaranteed.
Submission Deadline
All oral presenters must upload their presentation by 12:00 noon on 05 July 2026.
Presentations submitted after the deadline may not be available during the assigned presentation session.
