Instruction for Poster Paper Presentation

Poster Preparation Guidelines

  1. Posters must be prepared at A3 size, in portrait orientation, using the provided template.
  2. A minimum font size of 10 points is recommended to ensure readability.
  3. The content should clearly include three key messages or learning points derived from the study.
  4. Hyperlinks are not permitted. Presenters may include a QR code to provide additional information.
  5. Posters will be displayed on the assigned e-poster screen during the conference.

Submission and Presentation Requirements

  1. Presenters must upload the e-poster via the provided link by 5 July 2026.
  2. Details of the assigned presentation time and e-poster screen will be communicated via email and will also be available at the Secretariat Room.
  3. Presenters are required to be present at their allocated poster session time.
  4. Poster judging will take place during the scheduled presentation session.
