Payment Guidelines for Participants


Overview

All registered participants must complete the payment process to confirm their participation in APCPH 2026. Two payment methods are available:

  • Bank Transfer
  • ePerolehan Kerajaan Malaysia

Completion of the Payment Form is mandatory for both methods to ensure accurate verification and issuance of receipts.

Step 1: Complete the Payment Form

Participants must fill in the official Payment Form after making or initiating payment.

The form will require:

  • Participant details (name, institution, contact information)
  • Registration category and fee
  • Payment method selected
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)

Submission of incomplete forms may delay confirmation.

Step 2: Select Payment Method

Option 1: Bank Transfer

Participants may transfer the registration fee directly to the following account:

Procedure:

  1. Transfer the correct amount based on your registration category.
  2. Ensure that your name or ID is included as a reference.
  3. Obtain proof of payment (transaction receipt or bank confirmation).
  4. Upload the proof of payment when completing the Payment Form.

Important Notes:

  • Bank charges (if any) must be borne by the participant.
  • Incomplete or unclear payment proof may delay processing.

Option 2: ePerolehan Kerajaan Malaysia

Participants from government agencies may use the ePerolehan system.

Procedure:

  1. Download the ePerolehan Payment Guide provided on the conference website.
  2. Follow the step-by-step instructions outlined in the document.
  3. Complete the payment process through your institutional ePerolehan system.
  4. Submit the Payment Form with the required details once the process is initiated or completed.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure compliance with your agency’s internal financial procedures.
  • Early initiation is recommended to account for administrative processing time.

Step 3: Confirmation of Payment

  • Payment verification will be conducted by the Secretariat upon receipt of the Payment Form and supporting documents.
  • Participants are advised to retain all transaction records for reference.
